Coverage continues with women’s quarter-final action. Canada will face China on Thursday at 5:45 a.m. ET.

On Wednesday, the Canadian women defeated Brazil 61-52 to finish the preliminary round with a 3-2 record and advance to the quarter-finals.

The Canadian men’s team was eliminated Tuesday after a 79-68 playoff loss to Poland.

CBC Sports will continue to stream all Canadian women’s games at the tournament in Hamburg, Germany.
